This mani has lasted a week. Well.. I had TSMGO on for 4 days (no chips) and added the shatter after then. I have one miniscule chip on the edge of one nail as of now. They are super nubs too. I love you OPI. I really do.
I think the DS series would be my stranded on a desert island polishes. They really float my boat.
I had the sad task this week of saying good bye to a sweet dear friend. Max was an amazing dog, I remember the day we got him so well. He grew up with my son (he says they were puppies together) and it's hard to know he is gone. Pickles is very quiet and keeps looking for him. It breaks my heart.
The holo may not be OMG crazy, but it is subtle and beautiful and I can't seem to get enough of them!
Again with my unwilling assistant Pickles. I think part of the reason I love these so much is the ease with which they go on and clean up. Does that make you love a polish too? I know it makes me shy away from glitters...
My computer is back from it's journey to Mississauga (and it got to go 2x! Lucky thing.) and I have even been taking pictures while it's been gone. I'll be posting as soon as I have all my stuff back up and running (and I really have to say Windows 7 makes this waaay easier than it used to be) and my pics sorted out. Thanks for your patience.
Just a little note to let any of the 4 of you who read this that I haven't fallen down the rabbit hole. I have however, had my computer crash, burn and die a terrible death resulting in the loss of all my pictures, data, e-books and knitting patterns. :( The good news? It's till under warranty, but I have to ship it away to get fixed. It was only 5 months old too.
I'll be back as soon as I have a new mani to show you. Right now I'm on day 5 of Essie Sew Psyched. Not a chip in sight! I'm working from a wee netbook so have to do some work arounds.
Have a gorgeous weekend.. and back up your data. LFMF.

7 random things about me?
-I have a Horror Movie A Day Blog where I am trying to watch a horror movie everyday for 2011. I love me some horror movies!
-I eat the same thing for breakfast (and sometimes lunch) everyday. Plain yogurt with Holy Crap cereal and some vanilla bean paste and Splenda. I live on the edge I tell you.
-I have Fibromyalgia. It sucks. But I am really thankful it didn't come when my kiddo was young. I can't imagine having a little one feeling this shitty all the time. YIKES..
-I am religious about sunscreen. And moisturiser. I regularly get mistaken for 10 years younger than I am, because I HATE THE SUN. It burns us my precious.. well us pale ones anyways.
-I have 9 tattoos. 1 one my chest and 8 on my arms. The ones on my arms are symmetrical on each arm. I feel the need for balance. Stars, birds, diamonds, yarn on my right, a cupcake on my left. I am a tattooed lady.
-I love my dogs like they are my kids. In fact Pickles (my 3 year old dog) shares a birthday with my 18 year old son Jake! He loves the dogs too. So does my husband. I LOVE DOGS!
-I love being in a house full of boys. I get boys, I understand them. I used to be the only girl where I worked for a while and it was the most fun ever!
